What’s the cancellation/refund policy?
Please let us know as soon as possible about any cancellations. Deposits are nonrefundable, but we will issue a “rain check” credit for any cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled event. “Rain check” credits can be used within the following 60 days with no additional deposit required. Once an inflatable is delivered, no refunds will be given.
What if it rains?
We keep an eye on the weather, so if there is rain forecasted, we’ll contact you more than 24 hours prior to the event to create a plan. If you decided to go through with the event, we will deliver and setup as contracted.
If you choose to cancel the booking within 24 hours of the event due to inclement weather, we will issue a “rain check” credit. “Rain check” credits can be used within the following 60 days with no additional deposit required.
However, if we deliver and set up, there are no “rain check” credits, refunds, or discounts.
Do you rent by the hour?
No, due to the scheduling, setup, and delivery, we do not rent by the hour.
I’ve seen news stories about inflatables blowing away. Will these?
Wind and weather are powerful and unpredictable. We use heavy duty stakes to secure our inflatables, but we don’t control the weather.
If the wind is blowing more than 20mph, the unit should be vacated and deflated until the wind has died down. When the weather has passed, please check that the stakes are as secure as they were at setup, re-inflate the unit, and return to the fun!
Please use good judgement when it comes to inflatables and wind. If you are unsure, please give us a call and we’ll be happy to direct you.
Does the price include set up and delivery?
Setup is included in the rental cost of the inflatable. Additional travel fees may apply for areas outside of Jones County, due to rising fuel costs. If your event is being hosted in a public venue with special drop off and pick up requirements, additional fees will be incurred.
When do you set up?
Generally, we will set up on the day of the event, between one and four hours before the event’s start time. We will confirm by phone that someone will be at the event location to receive the rental. We will not set up the rental if no one is available to receive it. The inflatable will be retrieved up to four hours after your event is over, but we will coordinate with you to determine pickup time.
Do I have to keep it plugged in the entire time?
Yes, the blower must be operating the entire time the inflatable is in use. Once the blower is unplugged, the unit will deflate. We require a generator or an outlet within 50´-'75' feet of the unit. Longer cords can trip breakers, so we bring our own heavy duty cords.
What surfaces do you set up on?
We can set up on grass (our favorite and best for kids) or dirt. We do not set up on any type of concrete, rocks, or gravel, as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl of the inflatables.
Who is responsible for damage to the unit?
You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our inflatables. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. However, if damage occurs due to your failure to follow our safety rules as listed in the rental agreement, or negligence on your part (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds, sharp objects, silly string, etc), you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the inflatable and/or blower. The full unit replacement cost is listed on the rental agreement that you sign in order to rent the inflatable. Cleaning and repair fees are dependent on the damage incurred. However, as laid out in the rental agreement, damage caused by “Silly String” is permanent. Per the agreement, you will be charged the entire replacement cost of the inflatable.
Do you deliver to other cities?
Yes, we will deliver to cities outside of Jones County, but due to rising fuel costs, travel fees may be charged. Please reach out to us if you’d like to know more about travel fees.
Do I need to supply anything?
We will include everything needed to set up within 50-75 feet of a power supply. Please make sure there is a clean area for set-up by removing any branches, rocks or sharp objects.
How much area do I need?
All inflatables have measurements listed, and we recommend that you add five feet to each measurement so that you have plenty of room.
